1. Exchange Policy (Domestic - India)

We offer exchanges for size issues or if you wish to select a different product.

  • Notification Period: You must email us at mahirfashion1998@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse. We do not offer reverse pickup services at this time.

  • Identification: Please ensure your Name and Mobile Number are clearly mentioned on the return parcel.

  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable courier service. Mahir Fab is not responsible for lost return shipments.

2. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: We do not accept returns on items once they are sold.

  • Refund Policy: We do not offer monetary refunds. All eligible issues are resolved through product exchanges or replacements.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every product undergoes a 3-layer quality check and the process is recorded before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Unboxing Video Required: You must provide an unboxing video and photos of the product via email within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will replace the item using the fastest possible courier facility.

4. Non-Eligible for Exchange

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Color Variance: A 10% color difference may occur due to screen resolution and studio lighting.

  • Material/Color Preference: We use premium quality materials and provide detailed descriptions. We do not accept exchanges if a customer simply dislikes the material or color after delivery.
